Captain Sib Randolph has been a U.S. Coast Guard licensed Captain and Ohio licensed Guide
since 1982. Captain Randolph is a member of the National Association of Charterboat operators and an approved fishing guide for the North American Fishing Club, There are only a few Captains on Lake Erie that are approved by the N.A.F.C.. I am also a life member of N.A.F.C., Lucas County Visitors Bureau and a Maritime Consortium member. Some of my hobbies are Deer Hunting, Fishing and Camping.
The boat Mr. Twister is a 30ft. Baha Sport Fisherman with a cuddy cabin and plenty of fishing space for customer's and marine toilet. Boat is fully insured and has all the latest fish-find and navigational equipment along with U.S. Coast Guard required safety equipment.
